Kristen Braun Harlow knows the South Florida market. A proud resident and South Florida native, Kristen was born in Miami Beach, grew up in Weston and now resides with her husband on Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale. Kristen graduated from Saint Thomas Aquinas High Schoolin Fort Lauderdale, received a Bachelors Degree in Education from Lenoir Rhyne University in North Carolina, holds her Masters Degree in Humanities and Social Sciences and is a candidate for her PhD from Nova Southeastern University.

 

For 4 years Kristen was the Clinical Director of the largest privately owned behavioral healthcare platform in the country. During this time she supervised over 80 cliniciansin 5 different states and collaborated with numerousprofessionals in the South Florida community, while building strong/lasting business relationships. She is a member of The Junior League of Greater Fort Lauderdale as well as the former District Supervisor for a non-profitorganization that provides therapy and anti-bullying tactics to children in the Broward County schools. Through her hard work and dedication, Kristen became one of the recipients of the 2008 Corporate Partner of The Year Award from Nova Southeastern University to (SUPERB);defeating over 500 companies, including businesses likeCVS as well as the Miami Dolphins.

 

Coming from a family of real estate brokers and developers, Kristen decided to follow in her family’s footsteps. She has since become active in the residentialreal estate community in Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties. Armed with a remarkable business mindand an authentic character, Kristen has gained trust and confidence from those she has worked with and knows how to keep it. Her clients are her first priority and she prides herself on effectively producing above expected results. RICH MARESCO

Rich is a native of New York. He was born in Brooklyn and moved to Hicksville, Long Island at the age of nine. After graduating from Hicksville High School he attended the University of Connecticut for two years, and then transferred to Wittenberg University in Springfield, OH. Rich played football and baseball in college and graduated with a BA degree from Wittenberg in 1981.

 

After graduating from college he went on to enjoy two successful careers. From 1982 to 1992 Rich was an Institutional Corporate Bond Trader. During his time on Wall St. he worked for Dean Witter Reynolds, Thomson McKinnon, Balfour Maclaine, and Tucker Anthony.

 

In April of 1992 Rich moved to San Angelo, Texas to pursue a career as a football coach. His first coaching job brought him back to Ohio, where he coached football and baseball at Alliance High School from 1992 to 1993. In 1993 he accepted a position to coach football at Butler University in Indianapolis, IN. In February of 2001 he moved on to the University of New Hampshire and coached football there until 2003. In June of 2003 he moved to Fort Lauderdale, FL. Rich has spent the majority of his time living in Fort Lauderdale and teaching and coaching at a number of schools in Broward County.

 

Rich’s seasoned background as an athlete, bond trader and coach is responsible for his goal oriented approach to business and his strong traits of discipline and perseverance along with a keen spirit of competition and teamwork were the perfect preparation for his successful real estate career.

 

 

JIM MORLOCK

Known by his friends and clients as "Waterfront Jim", his name means business when it comes to the luxury waterfront market in South Florida.
 

Jim has more than twenty-five years of experience, including over 500 successfully closed real estate transactions.   And,  he has personally sold OVER 8 MILES OF WATERFRONT,  an achievement few can claim.
 

He has also assembled a team of experts in financing, real estate law, insurance, property inspection and interior design to help make their clients' transactions smooth, enjoyable and problem free.

Jim earned degrees at the Michigan State University School of Business in Marketing and Finance and a Masters in Economics at the University of Wisconsin. He obtained his law degree at the University of Maryland School of Law with emphases in Real Estate Law and Urban Planning and Development Law and Labor Law.  And, Jim has a PhD in street-wise common sense!

He also worked for two Baltimore City Mayors from 1970 to 1980 participating in Baltimore's urban renaissance and  published his experiences.

He then joined the private sector in an executive position providing organizational planning support to Senior Management and the Board of Directors during the merger of the Chessie System and the Family Lines to form the CSX Railroad. He was later recruited to head recruitment and organizational planning for an international telecommunications organization, INTELSAT, in Washington D.C.

Moving to Annapolis, Maryland, Jim began a new career in luxury waterfront real estate. He set sales records for over 10 years in Maryland before moving to Florida to earn his Florida real estate broker's license.

Jim is among the most qualified and successful real estate professionals in the South Florida market and has represented and negotiated important real estate transactions for many notable clients. With his corporate executive and boardroom experience plus advanced degrees in business, economics and law, he offers his sophisticated buyers and sellers the counsel needed to make critical real estate decisions.
